May 4, 2012: St. Augustine, Florida

The Grampstr’s is on the move again. This first leg of the transition has been a great experience. Just before 3 this afternoon, the Grampstr’s Endeavour made its way past St. Augustine, Florida! This officially marks the end of our first left of our four part journey. For the remainder of the day we will rest and prepare for the next part of the journey. We have a special guest for the next leg of our journey – Captain Pattie More of SeaSence Charters, a company that is based out of St. Petersburg, Florida! Our next guests will be arriving on Sunday and will be special members of the next leg of our transition voyage! It is always so exciting to have new faces on board who know and enjoy the nuances of boating.

St. Augustine is a very beautiful city and, in fact, is the oldest city in America. Did you know that?! It is the oldest city in the United States of America. That is pretty awesome. Like I said, it is a beautiful city and it has lovely shops and boundless restaurants! It is worth a couple of days and should be on your bucket list of places to visit. It is a very special place that everybody should visit at least one time! Check out why

After you spend a couple of days on land, you can hop aboard the Grampstr’s Endeavour for a week long captained charter. It’ll be your choice whether you want to venture North or South! We cannot wait to see you!
